Terms and conditions

  • We’ll confirm by email when we make your booking. If you don’t hear from us in a couple of days, please check. At this point you need to pay a 25% deposit.

  • Four weeks before your holiday you’ll need to pay the balance. You may cancel up to this point and we’ll refund your deposit less a 5% booking fee. If you cancel after that, we’ll keep an extra 20% for each week’s delay.

  • If we have to cancel your booking for circumstances beyond our control, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and refund anything you’ve paid. We can’t take responsibility for any more than that.

  • No more than four named people and one infant may occupy the property unless we agree to it beforehand.

  • Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.

  • Well behaved pets are welcome but not on the beds or furniture.

  • The cottage is normally available from 2 p.m. and you’ll need to leave by 12 a.m. to allow for cleaning.

  • We may enter the property if we need to check the facilities or make repairs.

  • Please let us know promptly if anything is broken or damaged or there are any problems, so that we can put them right.

  • We may make an additional charge for damage or extra cleaning costs if the cottage is left in an unacceptable condition.

  • Please be consider the neighbours and leave the cottage as you would like to find it.
